So many people could feel better, every day, yet they don’t necessarily know how. Not knowing about how to improve your health can lead to unnecessary suffering, affecting your overall well-being and quality of life.
With the stresses and strains of daily life, many of people exist in survival mode. They are on autopilot, getting through each day with low energy levels, experiencing trouble with their memory and feeling exhausted by the time their head hits the pillow for another restless night’s sleep. If they feel pain, they take painkillers and trudge on.
Despite advances in health care we seem to be seeing more serious health problems in younger people. As I am writing this book there are news reports of Pilots crashing planes due to mental health problems, stress, overwhelm, pain and suffering tragically affecting millions of lives.
Yet despite all these challenges there are some people who really are really thriving. These are people who have had debilitating adversity and have managed to come back from it, turn things around and Thrive.
